How the program works
Tartami may offer eligible lots up to two curated auction cycles. If program conditions are met after both cycles, the consignor receives at least the guaranteed minimum payout amount published for that lot. This is a payout floor for qualifying outcomes, not a promise of hammer price or buyer demand.
Two Auction Cycle Guaranteed Minimum Payout

Cycle 1
Your lot is curated and offered to verified bidders in a Tartami auction. Timing and status are visible in East Africa Time (EAT).

Cycle 2
If the lot does not meet the program threshold in the first cycle, Tartami may schedule a second auction cycle under the same curation standards.
- 03
Minimum payout
When both cycles complete and program conditions are met, Tartami pays at least the guaranteed minimum payout stated for your lot. Amounts are separate from hammer price and net settlement after commission and fees.
Settlement
Visible completion in consignor tools
Payouts follow normal auction settlement after invoices are complete. Status and totals are visible in the consignor dashboard. Support can explain timing, eligibility, and next steps in EAT.
What this program is not
- Not every lot or seller is eligible. Curation and program enrollment apply.
- Not a guarantee of sale, hammer price, or reserve being met.
- Not a substitute for published auction rules, commission, flat fees, or invoice settlement.
- Tartami may decline or adjust scheduling of a second cycle under program terms.
